Yoga Class Do’s and Don’ts
- Yoga should be practiced on an empty belly (4 hours after heavy meal or 2 hours after a light meal).
- Yoga should be practiced with dry hair.
- You must inform your teacher prior to a yoga class of any injuries, medical condition or if pregnant or menstruating.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and if possible that hug the body to allow better “seeing” of muscle and joint movement during yoga poses.
Yoga Kala is fully equipped.
Anyone of any age, with or without prior experience is most welcome.
